For those that enjoy reading CloudAccess’ official blog Thoughts from the Cloud offline, a second volume of blog/article entries have now been packaged together in a convenient PDF download on the CloudAccess website.

The weekly blog, which focuses on various issues, concepts and opinions surrounding cloud-based security and security-as-a-service is one of the most widely read cloud-computing blogs on Sys-Con’s syndicated Utilizer network as well as its WordPress home. The blogs are penned by CloudAccess CEO Kevin Nikkhoo.

This volume includes: •    Storming the Castle   •    A Job for Man or Machine?  •    Shooting from the HIPAA: Compliance in the Cloud   •    The Challenge of BYOD   •    If a tree falls in your network, does anybody hear?. Interested readers can also access CloudAccess’ other white papers, including Thoughts from the Cloud Volume 1 and solution abstracts from this page.

The blog often delves into such security solutions as SIEM, Log Management, Single Sign OnAccess Management, Password Synchronization and addresses issues like compliance, cost effectiveness, IT effectiveness, cloud viability and the evolving paradigm shift to the cloud security.

One volume of blog entries will be released every few weeks. The release date for the next set of article entries is early December.
