With more than 32 years of experience in information technology, and an extensive and successful serial entrepreneurial background, Kevin Nikkhoo is the founder of the pioneering security-as-a-service startup CloudAccess. Kevin’s strong analytical skills, leadership and technology savvy have driven several companies to success in their respective markets.
Prior to founding CloudAccess, he headed up the successful technology firm Vertex Systems and was the managing director of the team (Sino-Century Ventures) which guided and launched Actions Semiconductor’s public offering in 2006 (ACTS – NASDAQ). Kevin’s considerable experience also includes a successful appointment as the head of a key IT delegation tasked with representing clients to several international interests.
Kevin is well regarded in the high-tech industry for his visionary innovation. He has been twice named a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, named Partner of the Year multiple times by both Microsoft and Oracle and is the co-author of a book on Windows and servers. Nikkhoo holds a BS in Computer Engineering from McGill University, Master of Computer Engineering at CSU Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California with emphasis in entrepreneurial studies.
Mr. Jemmett has over 20 years of executive management and technology experience with data centers, telecommunications, managed services and consulting services with specialized expertise in healthcare, HIPAA, and governmental regulations. David has been intimately involved in designing, building, re-vamping and/or managing over 27 data centers. He also managed the 6th largest peering network in the US which later became the 4th largest IP transit carrier in the world. As an expert in Broadband networking technologies he has been a guest speaker on CBS, CNN, MSNBC and CSPAN as well as speaking before the US Congress and Senate Subcommittees on Telecommunications and Internet Security.
Under his direct stewardship, Jemmett has successfully guided multiple companies towards industry leadership and generated financial, operational and strategic value including GenResults, NantHealth/NantWorks, ClearDATA and Fourth Stage/Hyperion.
He is an Internet communications pioneer and telecommunication expert with strong technical skills and deep domain expertise in Internet networking, cloud hosting services, and the healthcare security and compliance.
Mr. Bean brings over 30 years of progressive experience in business management, sales and marketing, managed service security consulting and cloud computing. He has been involved as co-founder of several successful start-ups as well as holding executive management roles within several publicly traded companies.
Of the many executive positions and responsibilities of which Bean has been involved, one constant theme is evident. He is a transformation agent who has successfully helped enterprise and entrepreneurial organizations evolve from one level to the next. As a consultant, sales executive and solution strategist, Bean enjoys a distinguished track record of producing results across various metrics; from significant sales growth to managing the development of emerging and disruptive software products to creating lasting brand equity.
Prior to CloudAccess, Bean managed several significant concerns including GenResults, NantCloud Services, ClearDATA (the market leader in secure HIPAA compliant cloud hosting services), GenProsper and SalesLogix where he built a channel of 650 business partners in 72 countries. Over the years he has not only gained experience in various markets such as healthcare, finance, and enterprise software but has also been involved in fund raising and merger and acquisition activities.
Mr. Bean is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Computer-Aided Design Engineering Technology. He has been involved in numerous advisory board roles. He has been and is involved in numerous leadership positions within local Church and Boy Scout groups.
Satyen Jain has more than 16 years of industry experience ranging from End Point Security, Compliance, Networking Product Development to Consultancy. Having worked with world leaders in software such as Symantec, Bindview, Entevo, Zurich Insurance, Phonix Inc and Cyber Quest, he has led and managed diverse cross-site teams. He also excels in enterprise products delivery and formulating business solutions. Delivering products with turnover in millions, he has been in charge of top-notch cross continental technical teams to deliver flagship cutting-edge products, turning them into eminent brands.
He has an extensive experience of working with decision makers and marketing leaders to help transform their business vision into radical technical expertise. Being in the fore front, he has executed technical strategy for various technical platforms, partnerships and external relationships to supply Security and technical solutions. His focus has always been utmost customer satisfaction and this has advocated him to win customer deals from top marketing executives.
Scott Davis plays a critical role in defining and leading CloudAccess’ strategy towards market leadership. An innovative marketing professional with more than 20 years experience and progressive success, Scott oversees all strategic marketing initiatives including lead generation, communication, product positioning, social media and user/partner experience. His hands-on experience traverses a number of industries.
Prior to CloudAccess, Scott has lent his talent to such diverse organizations as software developers, customer relationship management consultants, real estate information brokers, non-profit, medical recruiting and publishing. In this capacity, he has undertaken both simple and complex projects. These include brand positioning, product development, initiative planning, promotion, and research and analysis. In the past he also served as a radio host for a business internet radio program, and a trainer for sales process implementations. He is also the author of several well-regarded graphic novels.
