Kevin Nikkhoo, CEO, Founder

With more than 32 years of experience in information technology, and an extensive and successful serial entrepreneurial background, Kevin Nikkhoo is the CEO of the pioneering security-as-a-service startup Cloud Access. Kevin’s strong analytical skills, leadership and technology savvy have driven several companies to success in their respective markets.

Prior to founding CloudAccess, he headed up the successful technology firm Vertex Systems and was the managing director of the team (Sino-Century Ventures) which guided and launched Actions Semiconductor’s public offering in 2006 (ACTS – NASDAQ). Kevin’s considerable experience also includes a successful appointment as the head of a key IT delegation tasked with representing clients to several international interests.

Kevin is well regarded in the high-tech industry for his visionary innovation. He has been twice named a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, named Partner of the Year multiple times by both Microsoft and Oracle and is the co-author of a book on Windows and servers. Nikkhoo holds a BS in Computer Engineering from McGill University, Master of Computer Engineering at CSU Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California with emphasis in entrepreneurial studies.

 

Jim Smith, Vice President, Sales

Jim Smith is an accomplished executive with over 25 years experience in the software industry with a specialization on security. A dynamic sales executive with record breaking performance in sales and business development, Jim is tasked with growing CloudAccess into a powerhouse market leader and managing the worldwide sales team. Formerly an executive with such distinguished organizations as eEye Digital Security, Select Software, Meridian Software and CITTIO, Jim has demonstrated an unmatched track record to maximize sales volume, while fostering long term customer relationships. His leadership and understanding of the needs of each client, ensures they can reach stated IT security goals and deliver ROI.

 

Grey Levy, Chief Financial Officer

Greg Levy has a long history of success as a CFO. As an executive he has led a number of startups and public firms. He has developed and managed many strategic and financial plans and has been involved in turnaround businesses as well as many acquisitions. He has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars to help fund a number of organizations. He has successfully negotiated several rounds of investments for rapidly expanding businesses including a 7-bank syndication senior borrowing, large investment from private equity firms, venture capital and mezzanine financing. He is skilled at strategic planning and budgeting. Greg is a CPA and has a bachelor of science degree from USC and  MBA from UCLA.

 

Satyen Jain, Chief Technical Officer

Satyen Jain has more than 16 years of industry experience ranging from End Point Security, Compliance, Networking Product Development to Consultancy. Having worked with world leaders in software such as Symantec, Bindview, Entevo, Zurich Insurance, Phonix Inc and Cyber Quest, he has led and managed diverse cross-site teams. He also excels in enterprise products delivery and formulating business solutions. Delivering products with turnover in millions, he has been in charge of top-notch cross continental technical teams to deliver flagship cutting-edge products, turning them into eminent brands.

He has an extensive experience of working with decision makers and marketing leaders to help transform their business vision into radical technical expertise. Being in the fore front, he has executed technical strategy for various technical platforms, partnerships and external relationships to supply Security and technical solutions. His focus has always been utmost customer satisfaction and this has advocated him to win customer deals from top marketing executives. .

 

Ramona Colbert, Vice President, Human Resources

In a professional career spanning over 26 years, Ramona has effectively managed the administration of high growth firms. She has been instrumental in leading companies critical human resources functions and initiatives, including creation of leadership development programs, development of new global HR information and management system and creation of simpler and more efficient global H/R processes. She has extensive experience in the major functional areas of Strategic Human Resources Planning. She acts as a change agent to drive the development and execution of strategic plans across the organization, through proactive H/R leadership.

As VP of Administration her responsibilities include but are not limited to performance management and coaching, development of compensation programs, talent recruitment, training and development, payroll administration, H/R administrative services, organizational development and effectiveness and regulatory compliance. .

 

Scott Davis, Director of Marketing

Scott Davis plays a critical role in defining and leading CloudAccess’ strategy towards market leadership. An innovative marketing professional with more than 20 years experience and progressive success, Scott oversees all strategic marketing initiatives including lead generation, communication, product positioning, social media and user/partner experience. His hands-on experience traverses a number of industries. 

Prior to CloudAccess, Scott has lent his talent to such diverse organizations as software developers, customer relationship management consultants, real estate information brokers, non-profit, medical recruiting and publishing. In this capacity, he has undertaken both simple and complex projects. These include brand positioning, product development, initiative planning, promotion, and research and analysis. In the past he also served as a radio host for a business internet radio program, and a trainer for sales process implementations. He is also the author of several well-regarded graphic novels.

 

Rodney Detrick, Business Development Manager

The highest integrity and a results-oriented drive to deliver solutions that fit the specific needs of his reseller partners are two descriptions that accurately paint a portrait of Rodney Detrick. An innovative, tech-savvy manager with over 15 years sales and product management experience, Rodney is a proven catalyst for revenue growth as evidenced by his distinguished track record of relationship building, maintaining, securing strategic alliances, and delivering world class service to resellers and other affiliated partners. Building on his successes with Techport Thirteen and CITTIO, Rodney is responsible for leading the rapidly expanding CloudAccess’ parnter organization (both domestic and international), developing new sales channels, and maintaining the value of CloudAccess solutions to its users.  He is also a certfied trainer for the Dale Carnegie leadership methodologies.
